1. What you are buying
By paying the entry fee you buy the right to take part in the race. That is a service, not physical goods, so there is no postal or courier delivery.
2. When the service takes effect
Your entry is valid as soon as the payment is approved. The payment confirmation and the registration confirmation are emailed to you at that moment.
3. Collecting the race pack
The race pack (bib number, timing chip, shirt and other contents) is collected in person — there is no postal or courier delivery. The place, date and time of collection differ per race edition and are published on the official Subotica Half Marathon website, at the link below. Please bring an identity document. Someone else may collect the pack on your behalf with your written authorisation.
4. Territorial restrictions
You can register from any country and pay with a card issued in any country. As there is no physical delivery, there are no country delivery restrictions. Participation is subject to the registration terms and to the rules on participants' medical fitness.
5. If you do not collect the pack
An uncollected race pack does not create a right to a refund — the service was provided in that a place in the race was held for you. Refund conditions are described in the Refund policy.
